It’s built of stainless steel to be long-lasting yet simple to clean, and it meets more than one commercial kitchen need. This two-section Undercounter Freezer brings 15 cubic feet of storage and a heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel work surface. Its frosty temperature of -10 to 32F is protected by 2.5 inchthick polyurethane insulation. A slide-out condenser is back-mounted. Since this is a front-vented unit, it can be built into a counter-top. The air defrost function is electrically timed. The self-closing doors have recessed handles and rounded corners. Frame heaters stop the build-up of condensation. There are four epoxy coated wire shelves, two for each section, supplied for this unit. An analog thermostat is provided for controlling the temperature. Four casters, two with locking brakes, provide support for the piece. Everest stands behind the quality of this product with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor..
