The Yaxell Ketu Bread Knife is designed to use when slicing bread, cakes, pastries and larger fruits with tough skin. Yaxell Ketu is constructed of 3-layer stainless steel with a Japanese SG2 powder steel core. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The handle also is unique to a traditional Japanese Samurai family crest. The attractive embossed end-cap of the handle is made of stainless steel. Yaxell Ketu is handcrafted exclusively in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.
