Description
The Yaxell Taishi Slicing Knife is able to make food look delicious by enabling to cut thin, even slices. The narrow blade slices without tearing or sawing. Ideal for slicing a wide variety of meats as well as vegetables. Yaxell Taishi’s core material is VG10 super stainless steel, which is clad, covered by high quality stainless steel from both sides. The Katana sword wave line gives an impressive appearance on the blade. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance. The attractive bolster and embossed end-cap of the handle is made of brushed stainless steel to ensure great balance for the entire knife. Yaxell Taishi is handcrafted exclusively in Seki City, Japan with a lifetime warranty.
